Are the people who receive food through Manna Ministry really grateful for the help? The answer is, YES! Very much so. I have meet several of the food recipients over the last three years and to a person they have expressed great appreciation for the help.
I had the chance to meet a few of the people as they left the food distribution in the Sabina Zone. I though you might like to meet them as well so I have posted a video here.
This was the first food they had received from the program and it was fun to watch them inspect the bag to see if it was really real. I hear that many NGO (Non Government Organizations) come through promising much, but delivering little and sometimes nothing. In fact, some never show up, so they are very suspcious of any organization that comes in and promises help.
